CANCELLATION POLICY

​​

We reserve the right to cancel courses or sessions at any time. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any payments received, with no further obligation to guardians or attendees. Full payment is required to book a space on a course. Bookings will not be confirmed, nor spaces held, without full payment.

​

 

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will not receive a refund.

BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES

​​

If a child is disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or staff during classes or events, we will work with guardians to address the behavior. If the behavior persists or worsens, we reserve the right to exclude the child from further sessions.

We treat all communications with professional confidence and will not disclose your information to third parties without your permission.
